western...central...and southern Oklahoma...and western north
Texas.

.DAY ONE...Through Tonight...

.Thunderstorms...
Severe thunderstorms will be possible late this afternoon and
evening across northern and western Oklahoma, possibly spreading
into central portions of Oklahoma late in the evening. Initially,
very large hail and damaging winds will be the main concerns
across western and northern Oklahoma, with the concern of mainly
damaging winds later in the evening across north central and
central Oklahoma.

.SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT STATEMENT...
Storm spotter groups and emergency management personnel across
northern, western, and central Oklahoma should be prepared for
severe weather operations from late this afternoon through
midnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday...

.Thunderstorms...
Thunderstorm potential returns Tuesday, with severe weather
possible across all but northwest Oklahoma. Episodes of severe
weather will continue Wednesday into next weekend.

.Flooding...
The potential for flooding rainfall will increase Wednesday and
Thursday, mainly across southeast Oklahoma.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and northwest Oklahoma,
  including the following counties, in central Oklahoma, Payne. In
  northern Oklahoma, Garfield, Grant, Kay and Noble. In northwest
  Oklahoma, Alfalfa and Major.

* WHEN...Until 515 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 111 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Enid, Stillwater, Perry, Pond Creek, Garber, Morrison,
    Glencoe, Covington, Billings, Lamont, Red Rock, Kremlin,
    Goltry, Breckenridge, Marland, Nash, Hunter, Fairmont,
    Hillsdale and Carrier.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
